Bedroom has king bed with an additional queen hide-a-bed in living room. Full Kitchen comes complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. Accessible to you inside the unit are Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as an Air Conditioner in the bedroom. Outside of the unit you'll find patio for outdoor dining, BBQ Grills, Gas Grills, Outdoor Showers, Shared Pools, Tennis/Pickleball Courts, and direct Beach access!

  This was the third time we have stayed in this condo, and we love it! Our children and grandchildren stay in units above us, so we have a wonderful family vacation here. The condo is perfect for us, and it's nice that there are condiments in the refrigerator. We left a few more. It's a lovely condo, and we always enjoy our stay here.

  Condo was clean but equipped with very basic amenities in kitchen and elsewhere. Did not need or use sofa bed but it looked very worn. Could use extra lamp for bedroom and a few hooks in bathroom plus toilet paper holder. Beach cupboard needs new chairs plus kids equipment. The complex is great with well maintained grounds, etc.

  We love staying at Hale Kamaole and have stayed here often. We always tell our friends that this is the best place to stay. We have always stayed in different units and were disappointed with unit 123. It was tidy and clean enough but well used. The sofa was so dirty I put towels on top to sit on and it smelled bad. The tub looked like it was well used and doesn't get clean anymore no matter how much you scrub. The amenities in the unit were very basic. No plastic cups to take to the pool although no glass is allowed in the pool area. Dishes were minimal although there was an awesome new set of pots and pans. Bed and pillows were comfy. Overall, the unit needs to be updated. The toilet was old and noisy and the taps were old. You needed two hands to pull the shower tap on. On the positive side, the unit has the best view of everything going on around you. Could watch the sunset from the grass and could see whales from the patio! Amazing! A short walk to the beach. An easy walk to stores and restaurants. The grounds are always so well looked after. We even discovered that they have security guards at night, but we've always felt safe. Everything around us was spectacular except the unit.

  We stayed at Hale Kamaole for a few days in January. The bed was comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed. We really enjoyed eating breakfast on the Lanai with a view of the ocean and walking down to the beach for a morning swim.

  Generally, we really liked this unit and would rent it again. However, there were maintainence issues. We couldn't get the TV to work. Water builds up in the frig and leaks onto the floor, every couple days. There was so much dust built up on the ceiling, thrown from the ceiling fan, that I had to vacuum it off myself to avoid looking at it.

  Great location and a great location in Hale Kamaole. Have already made reservation to stay here next year in the same unit. Wou;d be nice to have a complete set of silverware. Also screen door in need of repair. Both minor issues.

  The Hale Kamaole complex is in a great location and unit 123 has a lovely ocean/sunset view from the lanai. It's mostly quiet and stays cool even in hot weather. The furnishings are dated and kitchen items a bit lacking, but the linens were fine. Overall: not luxury but you can't beat the location in Kihei.

  The condo we stayed at was a first floor unit with all the amenities we wanted. The condo was a little dated but we were very happy with our stay there. There was a tennis court and pool, we didn't use either but the beach was a short walk away about 5 minutes. We were able to see Turtles right in the surf at the beach in front of the condo. I would stay at the condo again, it was very central to all our destinations. There were a number of good restaurants within an easy evening stroll.

  We received s welcome call first night we got there. Area is Beautiful and great for kids and couples! If you are big parties, drinkers, this is not your place to stay.
  
  At 0830 in morning by lower pool, they’ll go over fun things to do if you’re interested.
  There is also Auntie Snorkels who hooked us up with intro scuba diving. Talk to Scotty. Tell him Jodi and Amber sent you.
  Webby has a booth down from condos. He will tell you about deals too and very transparent.
  Sen sei sushi place is good but over priced. Paying for atmosphere. However, it’s still good sushi.

  It was lovely, just as it was the last time we stayed in this condo. It is so homey and comfortable. Our daughter and her family were directly above us, and our son and his family were next to them, so we had a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bed is so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning. The location is perfect, and we will probably come back to this unit again.

  A great location for my young family. We stay on a ground floor unit and enjoyed the easy come and go from the garden Lani. The kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use. We didn't deal with the management staff at all since there was a key code for the door which I receive before arriving. This was very convenient. There was limited dishwasher and landary detergent (toilet paper and paper towel as well). I had enough in my unit, but if you run out they do not provide anymore. This was a little bothersome. But overall a wonderful place to stay and I would return.

  This was our second time staying at Hale Kamaole. My wife and I plan on visiting Maui once or twice a year in the years ahead. We think we have found the perfect place for us at Hale Kamaole. The central Island location is convenient for site seeing. The property is very comfortable to just hang out and relax for a day or walk across the street to a perfect beach.
