Ocean and Garden Views. This two bedroom with loft has been remodeled with tile installed from the entrance to the lanai. Tile walk-in shower in downstairs bathroom. Both Bathrooms’ cabinets and counter tops have been recently remodeled. Master bath has tub and shower enclosure. Queen bed in master bedroom, downstairs bedroom has twin beds. The loft has a queen bed. Tropical rattan furniture with Hawaiian prints. Very comfortable condo with lots of extras. Flat screen TV down stairs, TV in upstairs bedroom also.

  Hale Kamaole 340 was a great place for our family stay in August 2024. The complex has a wonderful location in Kihei, close to so many things. This particular unit sits the farthest away from the main road/beach but still has a lovely pool and ocean view.
  The elevator was convenient for elderly or luggage. The grounds had lovely flowers and were well maintained.
  Unit 340 was super clean and well appointed. The a/c units in the two bedrooms helped cool the place down as well as the ceiling fans. (Upon arrival we were startled at how warm the condo was and worried but the temp came down and was pleasant the whole stay. The patio closet had all the needed gear for a day exploring or on the beach.
  The loft bed was comfortable and we appreciated the different types of pillows on the bed. The primary bed needs to have the center support posts looked at but otherwise very comfortable.
  There were plenty of towels for bathing and beach. We tossed in the in unit (washer) dryer as needed.
  During our stay, we appreciated the assortment of spices, condiments and storage containers. The place truly felt like a home away from home for our group.

  Wow, so happy with our rental at Hale Kamaole 340. The unit was very clean and when we opened the fridge and saw condiments - yea! Also salt, pepper, spices, peanut butter in the cupboard. There were beach chairs, pool noodles, beach towels etc. for use which was awesome too.

  We loved our stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for meals and days at the beach. It's not new, but it didn't feel old. And when we had a minor issue with a window screen, maintenance came right away to fix it. The problem was from the previous renters.
  
  The property and grounds were kept in perfect condition. It felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. The view of the water was great. We also liked that the condo isn't so close to the water that the noise of the crashing waves would bother you. It was peaceful and beautiful.
  
  There were a lot of active seniors staying here, which created a safe and peaceful environment.
  
  The pickleball courts were a fun surprise. We played some games and enjoyed watching the seniors play.
  
  Next to a beautiful beach and green sunrise watching areas. Close access to Wailea shopping and walking trails.
  
  The only downside was that parking could be a little tough if you return late at night. In other words, you probably couldn't find a parking spot immediately in front of the condo. But in a big hotel, you have the same issue, so this wasn't a major concern.
  
  We hope to return to this location if we return to Maui.

  My family and I stayed her during our vacation while visiting Maui. Overall the condo was a nice place to stay with plenary of room. Our only complaint is that we weren’t made aware of the extensive construction that was occurring on the main road and at one of the entrances during our time of stay. This did create some noise issues and excessive dirt and debris during the day but mostly confusion and time inconveniences to entering the property. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

  This was our second time staying at this property, but first time in this unit. I picked this unit because it had a real bed in the loft and we were expecting 6 adults. My only complaint is that there was nowhere for 6 adults to eat a meal together. The dining room table only sat 4. Overall we had a lovely stay. It was very clean. Management was really great to deal with via email and in person. I think it's the best spot in Kihei.

  This house was perfect for our family of 6.
  We loved all having a bed to sleep in. The location was perfect. We walked to the beach every day. We loved the closet of gear!
  The kitchen had all needed supplies. The loft got hot but we kept our door open to the master which had an air conditioning unit and it cooled it. All rooms had fans and there was an extra fan in the closet.
  The showers were clean and inviting.
  
  We also loved the option of taking the elevator or the stairs nearby.

  The unit was perfect for us, my husband and myself, and our son, his wife and 2 kids. Close to the beach, I did leave a list of deficiencies in the unit on the counter, which hopefully didn’t get thrown out by the cleaning staff. I itemized everything in the list. We have stayed at the Hale Kamaole multiple times, all in different units, so check for my list, because we have moved on to an oceanfront condo and I don’t remember everything on the list....

  This is a great location in South Kihei. Very close to Kam 3 park and ocean access, and the walking path that heads south as far as Polo Beach. The beds were comfortable but carpets need cleaning or replacement. Shower curtain also is past its prime. Kitchen could use salad tongs and more dish cloths.

  Across the street from an absolutely gorgeous beach! On our first day we walked across the street from the complex and swam with sea turtles. Beautiful landscaping, the office staff were great! We really appreciated that we could walk to great restaurants and shops. I can't wait to return! The condo itself was in great shape, and it was very quiet. You can't go wrong renting here.

  The only thing that I would say negative about this unit was that the air conditioners were in the bedrooms. They didn't cool the rest of the unit at all. We were there in July so it was very hot. We couldn't us the loft bed because it was just to hot to sleep up there. Other than that loved the location, the unit had everything you would need.

  Came to Kihei with my extended family and this unit met all of our needs! Although the complex is showing it's age, the maintenance and upkeep is evident throughout. Most of the deficiencies are merely cosmetic and easy to look past; in fact what this unit offers outshines them: quiet location, balcony overlooking the pool, nice view of the ocean/sunset, lots of room to spread out, well-stocked kitchen, many beach-time toys available, A/C, tv's both upstairs and down, easy access to the beach and convenient outdoor showers to rinse of the sand! I would highly recommend this property to families, it makes vacation stress-free and easy to be in paradise!
