Cozy One Bedroom unit with both Ocean and Garden View, overlooking tennis court, close to pool and BBQ. Well appointed living room, with couch and two lazy boys providing comfortable viewing of the very large flat screen TV - especially after a long day in the sun! Bedroom has king bed, dresser and two nights stands with TV. New windows in the bedroom with slide opening for more fresh air. Walk in shower enclosure. Kitchen and bathroom have granite counter tops and all new cabinets.

  Everything was as expected, all appliances worked well, including the washer and dryer which we used twice. Good selection of pots, pans, glasses, etc., and very pleased to discover beach chairs, and a very large beach umbrella and snorkel and masks. Also coolers, various surf/boogie boards, all in good condition. Very thankful to have the air conditioning in living room and bedroom, we came back mid day to cool down and when we turned on the AC it cooled the place down right away. In short a comfortable, functional, accommodation that felt like a home away from home.

  We have stayed in several different units and 156 could use some attention. This unit has had some upgrades in the bathroom having a beautiful shower. The kitchen was well equipped but the stove is very dated. The lani is prefect for watching the sunsets. The Hale Kamaole is our favorite property, the grounds, bbqs and pool areas are great!

  HK 156 was a perfect stay in paradise. These condos are very centrally located and within easy walking distance, just across the road, to the beach. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay this past November. The condo is really well set up and more than met our needs. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and ice packs all of which we made use off. We also used the lounge chairs a lot on the lanai. This is a ground level unit next to the tennis/pickleball court, the upper pool and BBQs. We used the BBQs most evenings enjoying the comraderies and comparing motes on what the island has to offer.
  The office staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. They gave us a discount coupon for Foodland which we used a lot. Kudos to the grounds keepers for the great job they do grooming and keeping the lawns and shrubs looking so stunning. We have stayed at the Hale Kamaole numerous times and it never disappoints. We would definitely recommend the Hale Kamaole condos and also unit HK 156. Mahalo.

  Unit was well stocked with some essential dry goods and loads of towels , soaps, and items for the beach. Our only complaint was that the TV did not work for five days until Robert and the cable guy finally installed a new cable box.

  This property was one of the best we stayed in. Clean and comfortable, Easy access, plenty of dishes, pans, blankets, etc. Two small inconveniences: There were two TVs and 5 remotes with no instructions on how to use. Check out time was 11:00 and when we tried to get our luggage out of the room at 10:15 we were locked out. The manager was able to solve that issue.

  This is our third stay at Hale Kamaole. I think unit 156 was by far the cleanest of the units. The unit is a short walk to the beach and overlooks the tennis court and upper pool. It is very quiet and convenient to anything you need while in Maui. The guy at the check inn office was great and we regularly security each evening. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The wifi was lightning fast and kitchen stocked adequately. The owners have beach chairs and coolers for use which was awesome. There were also some stan up paddle boards there but sadly no paddles to go along with them. I would stay here at this unit again in a heartbeat. We previously stayed in another unit that offered great water views but unit 156 was much cleaner and updated. The only half way negative is that unit 256 (upstairs) is clearly without carpeting. A portion of our stay had some young kids running back in forth which was quite loud in our unit. Unit 156 is a great unit in a great complex!

  Nice complex, clean apartment, and walking distance to grassy area and great beaches. The apartment was well stocked with towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and more (look in patio closet). The drawers were packed with utensils.

  My wife and I had a lovely time staying at Hale K. The rooms and grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly as well. We look forward to coming back. Although, we can't guarantee it, our Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials (Olive oil, foil, condiments, etc..!)

  Great condo. Very clean, kitchen well-stocked, lots of towels and sheets. The only draw-back is the dated furniture - felt a little like staying at Grandma's house. Everything else was great. Love the beach across the street.

  The suite was wonderful....had a bit of a problem with the ceiling fans and the noise of the air conditioner..but those were minor and did not diminish our enjoyment of our stay.....I felt bad we didn't give ourselves enough time to clean up as much as we would have liked to.....we hopefully will be back for a longer stay.
