Light and bright condo offers all the updates you can think of. New living room furniture, including 3 piece sectional, glider chair/ ottoman, media center with 50in flat screen -(new photos not yet taken). Tile floors in entrance, bath and kitchen. Beautiful, glass block and tile walk-in shower in master bath, and walk-in tile shower down stairs, both with tropical, designer tile. Kitchen offers granite counter tops, and spacious cabinets, with new refrigerator (with ice-maker) and glass top stove.. Queen hide-a-bed and comfy chair in loft area, as well as desk area with wireless router and wired printer. Tropical decor, with light rattan bedroom furniture. Flat screen TVs in living room (50 in) and downstairs bedroom (32 in). Fully equipped modern condo. Lanai closet for guest use with boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, picnic equipment, etc. Includes amenities not found in many other units including beautiful light wood ceilings, making the unit cooler, light and airy. Kitchen has wrap-around counters, giving lots more work space. Upper bedroom window opens to cooling ocean breezes. Paradise found!

  We found this unit to be a great choice! Everything you need to have a great vacation. Lots of beach gear, chairs, umbrella, coolers, and floaties. It is very thoughtful to have some of the basics stocked in the kitchen, sugar, rice, some coffee, rice, spices, oil. The beds were comfy and the a/c worked quite well. The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels. The grounds are well taken care of. Our only minor complaint, was the very restrictive rules at the pool. On our unit, the deck does get really hot, a fan or shade would be an awesome addition.

  This was the first time for our family in Maui and this place was perfect. The kids loved being able to play in the pool even after long days of activities or hanging out at other beaches. The place was clean, comfortable, and being able to sit on the lanai with a beer and a book in the early morning or after a long day was just fantastic.

  Flight delays caused our party of 6 to arrive at midnight the first day, but the emailed entry instructions were clear so there was no access issue. The unit was clean and well maintained. The only challenge was the upstairs bedroom bed which was incredibly hard and did not provide restful sleep. The amenities were as advertised, and helped make our stay enjoyable. The furnishings were a bit dated but comfortable. Convenient access to the elevator was certainly appreciated. The grounds, pools, and barbecues were all well maintained, making it enjoyable to be outside. We also appreciated the bedrooms' A/C units as we had not expected 90+ temperatures for most of our stay. The wi-fi was also appreciated. The easy stroll to watch the sun set over Kamaole Beach III each night was great.

  2 BR with a pullout in the loft was perfect for a family of 4 (2 are adult sized so own, larger bed preferred). Unit was clean and well stocked and had beach gear. Having an outside shower on the property was nice. Location was great. Look behind you and you see Haleakala. Look forward and you see the Pacific. Look to your side and you see the West Maui mountains. Crossing the busy street is made easier with the walkways and signs. Never had an issue with traffic stopping

  The condo had most everything that we needed. The closet was short a beach chair and a boogie board, but nothing serious. When we did use the AC some nights, it was extremely noisy. The condo could use a deep clean. There was plenty of bedding and seating. Overall, the unit was fine for the four of us. Our second stay, and we would be back. The location and amenities are amazing. Thank you.

  We were very happy with our unit and thought it had good equipment. The upstairs mattress is very hot to sleep on because of nylon mattress protectors and it would be so much more comfortable with cotton ones. We did purchase a flat grill pan and left it there for future guests. The carving/slicing knives are very poor and need to be replaced and it would be nice to have a set of steak knives. Tons of beach equipment in storage room. We have stayed at this condo complex for many years and love it here.
  We were annoyed that every night someone near our unit would light up "pot" and the smell would come into our unit for 45 minutes. Told the office twice but nothing happened, it continued every night. There is suppose to be no smoking except out in designated areas and this was the first year we saw some people ignoring that.
  Love that the pools are non chlorine.
  All equipment worked well except for a broken screen upstairs that was replaced in our second week.
  Joined the conch shell band that blows at every sunset which was fun.
  Although the property is older, everything is well maintained. Never tire of just having to take a short walk to Kamaole Beach.
