This Maui condo rental, has two bedroom’s plus a sleeping loft featuring Ocean, garden, and pool views ! Master bedroom has king bed. Unit has flat screen TVs & Blue-ray players in both bedrooms, a large flat screen/Blu-ray player in living room area. This unit has 3 AC’s for maximum cooling. Downstairs bedroom has two new twin beds. Loft area has a couch with queen hide-a-bed. Living room has lovely tropical furniture, comfortable easy chair, and queen sofa bed. Bathrooms have been redone with walk in showers and updated cabinets. Kitchen offers granite counter tops with spacious cabinets. Tile and wood flooring from entrance to lanai door. Well equipped

  Unit 271 is a two bedroom unit. This is our first stay at Hale Kamaole, and we were very pleased and would return. The location is unbeatable, away from the very busy part of Kihei, but close to everything - especially Kam 3, which is a great beach. The property grounds were well kept. My only criticism of the property generally is that the BBQs are not "top of the line" and were often very busy.
  
  This unit was spacious and very comfortable for us (3 adults). The property description was accurate. We used the master bedroom, the pull-out in the loft, and the twin bedroom, and all the beds were comfortable. A/C worked well, but the unit in the twin room was a bit noisy. The kitchen was decently equipped for a rental unit, but suffers from the common problems of these units - knives desperately need sharpening, pots and pans have gotten worn. But lots of plates, silverware, and glassware. Dishwasher worked quite well, and the full-sized washer and dryer seemed new. Beach equipment included quite a few chairs, two of which were in good shape, beach mats, pool noodles, a big cooler, and sand toys, among other things. Overall we thought this was good value for money and we would definitely return, both to the complex and to this particular unit.

  We stayed here for my birthday in April. We had 7 guests and the layout was perfect to accommodate everyone comfortably. They also had beach chairs, toys and towels in the closet on the lanai. They also had some basic spices like salt pepper and garlic along with olive oil. Propertiy is also roughly a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Air conditioning works phenomenally and there’s one upstairs and downstairs. 10/10 would stay here again!

  Our 5th stay at this property, in as many units. This one was basic. Enough beach chairs and towels for 4. We bought and left two boogie boards as there was none. Two broken umbrellas in the lanai closet. Enough dishes but asked management to bring up dish cloths and dish towels. Cookware needs some updated pieces. Could use a good deep clean. Great view. Comfortable stay for two weeks.

  Overall we had a lovely Maui vacation, although Covid-19 sent us home early. The condo had enough space for us, our son and his wife and two small children. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds and never missed a beautiful sunset. The condo was clean and well equipped however, “tired”. It could use some up-dates.

  #271 was great for our family of 6. Lanai overlooks the lower pool and grills. Condo within 2 minute walk to beach and within 8 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. There was some sidewalk construction going on at the Hale Kamaole exit but it was a minor inconvenience. Definitely planning a return soon!

  We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We never had any issue finding parking and the grounds and pool were very well maintained. There was a nice breeze when the windows were open and we only used the air conditioner one day. The wifi worked great and was easy to use. We never even turned on the tvs but it was nice that there was one in each bedroom. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

  I can’t say enough about this community of condos. Perfect location for walking, beaches. Lovely warm pools. Quiet and peaceful....but never felt like we couldn’t have fun, listen to some music or laugh out loud! The management team were beyond expectation. The girls in the office warm and accommodating.   Great vacation rental.Lots of room for our party of 4. Condo extremely clean; well-maintained. Quieter end of Kihei. Great beach right across the street. Kitchen very well supplied for cooking meals.Close to nice restaurants--Loved Café O Lei & Fred's. Management office great to work with.Really enjoyed Air Maui helicopter tour,Atlantis submarine trip, Valley Isle Rd to Hana trip & snorkel trip. The only negative is that we felt we should have been notified when booking that lower pool was being re-surfaced during the 2nd wk of our stay--could not use pool, lanai & needed to keep sliding glass door closed throughout the day due to jackhammer noise & dust--necessitated using air conditioning non-stop. Bedrms were cool/comfortable with ac on. But main living air & especially the loft was still very warm even w/ ac on. Would definitely return to this unit & would recommend to friends.
