Beautiful Ocean & mountain views and just steps away from the family friendly Kamaole Beach III. This top floor condo with two bedrooms and loft, has recently been updated with new carpeting and new paint. Master bedroom has a new king bed, downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. Showers include Handicap bars for easy grip. Living room and loft both have queen hide-a-beds. Nice Hawaiian style rattan furniture and well stocked kitchen give you everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs, toys, towels and cooler supplied for your enjoyment. Each bathroom has tub and shower enclosure. Large flat screen in living room and TVs in both bedrooms. Loft provides extra lazy boy for comfort as well as a desk and monitor.

  The property provides a lot of things in addition to the clean and well keep landscape. Towels, beach toys, and beach chairs for all your guests. The beach is jump a leap frog across the street from the property. BBQ grills cleaned daily, as well as the pool. But the views. The veiws from our balcony was priceless, from the sunsets to the star gazing. The veiw was more then worth it. The one bad thing is that they had a toilet paper roll starter kit of 4 rolls (not complete rolls) for 6 guests on a 7 day trip

  We had a wonderful stay n Maui. Our condo was well appointed, comfortable, and had a very well equipped kitchen. A few things the owner should know: WIFiI didn't work when we arrived. Spectrum came out and worked on it til it finally worked, and they recommended a new power strip which we put on and it worked. Also, for a months stay, cleaning products would be nice (we purchased toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner, and trash bags.) Also, one chair on the lanai was broken when we arrived.

  I would stay here again! This unit has a better than expected view of the ocean as well as the pool. Also included was everything you wed for the beach, including chairs, coolers, toys, ice packs, beach towels. The bedding could be updated but overall well kept and convenient.

  We really enjoyed our stay in the suite. We had lots of room for our family and the suite was well appointed from kitchen to beach chairs and snorkel gear.
  
  The only downfall was the wifi that didn’t work despite management company trying to fix it. A new modem is definitely needed. When the owners will need to change the patio set, we would suggest lower chairs and table as the tall ones are not comfortable and block the view. Finally, the pillows were too thick and stiff so they worked for my husband who is taller but not for me and my daughters. Upstairs king bed was great, beds in the second bedroom were not comfortable as per my daughters.
  
  Those are items for the owners to consider in the future and we still give our stay 5 stars.

  Great view from the lanai, close to the beach, well-appointed unit with everything you need for the beach. There was a problem with the fridge leaking but apart from that no complaints. Found the office staff helpful in resolving issues quickly. Would have appreciated a few more supplies given the length of our stay (e.g. we were provided only one extra roll of TP and we were a party of four) so we had to purchase extra laundry detergent, toilet paper and garbage bags. Some of the items in the unit could do with a refresh — e.g. plastic drinking glasses are very worn, dishwasher door is difficult to close and the beach umbrella is ripping but none of these were deal breakers in our opinion and we would easily stay here again.

The complex is in the perfect location, across the street from a beach/park and easy walk to to the oceanside path in Wailea. Unit 266 was well appointed. Even had 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, tons of snorkel sets - very nice feature.

  We've stayed at Hale Kamaole 6 years and Unit 266 is our favorite so far. The view of the ocean from the lanai and it's location relative to the beach is excellent. The condo was completely outfitted with all the outdoor amenities you could ever need including snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and tennis rackets. Everything worked well in the kitchen and the unit was very clean. A few things might add to the experience including a towel rack in the kitchen above the fuse box, a tea pot and a non- stick frying pan.

  It was a great place to stay. We loved the Hawaiian decor. When we opened the dishwasher, there was a terrible smell, so we told the office, and they had someone check it the next morning and fix the problem quickly. The gardeners and staff keep the grounds, barbecues and pool pristine.
  We loved walking across the street to snorkel and see the turtles. Also sitting on the lanai in the shade looking at the ocean. Loved it.

  This unit has a gorgeous view of the ocean sunsets. It's well stocked with dishes, towels, and outdoor activity things (body boards, snorkels, kites, ect.) Although the parking lot was being repaved and pipes being buried by construction workers...that was loud and at the crack of dawn. Annoying. Otherwise, I would choose to stay here in the future again.

  We really enjoyed our #266 Hale Kamaole condo. It was nicely appointed and very comfortable for four adults and two young children. Excellent beach supplies and equipment which we used every day. Kamaole III is a perfect beach for our young grandchildren who are learning to swim and snorkel. The only suggestion we have is to please increase the number of glasses, dishes and silverware as we did not have quite enough for six people everyday. Thank you for a great place to stay.

  The location of this unit is perfect. My son loved having his own room. We walked to the beach every day, which is very close. Some of the best snorkeling around, and turtles every day. You are close to great restaurants as well.
  This unit also had plenty of beach chairs and great snorkel gear, beach bags, toys, and coolers. We did not have to rent anything, which was a money saver. We highly recommend this unit and property.

  All the comforts of home and everything a family needs. We enjoyed all the beach gear and had no problem making great meals. We enjoyed dining in and the oceanview From the balcony. The tropical splendor of the island surrounded us at all times both inside the condo and right outside our door.
