Nice garden and tennis court view, slight Ocean view. This two bedroom with loft has a new king bed in the master bedroom also small flat screen TV. Queen bed in loft making this condo comfortable for 3 couples, or large family. The new queen Hide a bed in living room is the most comfortable couch. Downstairs bedroom has new twin beds. Nice rattan furniture in both Bedrooms. Living room provides large flat screen TV. Nice carpet 2 years old, light grey. Very well stocked kitchen. Baths have shower & tub inserts. Classy style, clean and inviting.

*This unit has beach chairs but does not come with a beach umbrella. They are available for rent close by.

  This was our second stay in Unit 258 and our fourth in the Hale Kamaole complex. We love the location across from Kamaole Beach 3, the two pools, and the extensive green space on the property. It was also great to have restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The complex has a variety of options - one bedroom, two bedrooms, two bedrooms with a loft that can sleep up to 8 people. The beds in 258 were all very comfortable. Maintenance staff were available on site and responded quickly to any concerns,

  We have rented many condos from Hale Kamaole over the years, and this unit didn’t disappoint! It was clean, lots of towels and kitchen supplies.
  
  The beds are a bit soft for our liking, but that’s personal preference. The view is a bit obstructed, but you can see that from the pictures (and was still able to see the ocean and whales 😊)
  
  We would definitely stay here again.

  Condo d’une belle grandeur, propre et bien entretenu. Style vieillot, seulement les salles de bain sont rénovées. Peu d’articles pour cuisiner (poêle p.e.) alors que nous louons ce type d’habitation pour pouvoir le faire. Nous avons loué et payé pour 6 personnes mais 3 chaises à la table intérieure, 3 à la table extérieure ..... Situé à distance de marche de la plage, gros avantage, dans un secteur très urbanisé.

  This condo was perfect. Plenty of space, although we mostly only showered, slept, and ate breakfast here. The location was really convenient. Right across the road from Kam III Beach. Next to the Kehei Boat Ramp. Easy to get to the airport. Shopping nearby. There is an outdoor shower on the corner of the property that was VERY convenient. The condo itself had plenty of space with AC units we could turn on if we go too warm or ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Kitchen was fully equipped. Layout worked perfectly for our family. I would 100% stay here again.

  My wife and I took our Grandkids to Maui in August and stayed at this property. We had a great time and the accommodations added to the experience. We were able to use the loft as a third bedroom which worked out well. The unit also had lots of extras (coolers, masks, etc) which was appreciated. Being directly across from Kam 3 was very handy.

  We really liked the location of this condo. It's pretty much close to everything and walking distance or very short rides to the best beaches. But we found it was hard to sleep as the fans are very slow and impossible to control and the air-conditioning only allowed till 10pm. So the lift are were my daughter slept was very hot with no air movement.
  This unit had a lot if towels for beach and beach chairs. It has an amazing collection of very good knives but not enough pots and pans if you really intend to cook.
  The staff was very nice. One if the kitchen cabinets doors was broken and I complained to the office in the morning, so it was fixed in the afternoon, very efficient! Overall we were pleased with our stay and the complex is very green, with the pool and grills.

  We had a fantastic time in Kehei. The location of the rental property was great. The accommodation was a little sparse, but we really did not spend that much time inside. We would have liked it if they had supplied some more basic necessities. Four rolls of toliet paper for 6 guests for two weeks????
  
  But onto the real reason we come back every few years. The weather was hot the whole time and there was so much to do. Snorkeling in different locations almost every morning and then boogie boarding at Kam 3 in the afternoon. Even managed to join in on some beach volleyball at Big Beach. AMAZING.

  Bottom-Line: This unit easily accommodated our group of 6 for a decent price point and was the perfect base camp for exploring the whole island. We basically just slept and cooked there and were outside for the rest of the time. This rental got the job done for us, but if you're looking for something that is immaculately maintained or you're spending plenty of time indoors, you should try elsewhere.
  
  The location was hands-down the highlight of this unit. Kamaole Beach Park 3 was a 5-minute walk away and sea turtles were abundant. It's a little further from shops and restaurants, but the Kam 3 Beach seemed the nicest. The complex as a whole contained great amenities including pools, grills, beach showers, etc.
  
  The unit itself was pretty basic and somewhat outdated. The carpet seemed fairly dirty and some of the bedrooms could have used a deep cleaning. We often had to wash dishes that came out of the dishwasher again, and we had to buy sponges and dish soap because there wasn't any left. The microwave was broken. A/C units worked well but were only in the 2 bedrooms, leaving the rest of the unit quite warm at times. Bathrooms were both very nice and clean.

  The location in south Kihei was perfect for us. Lots of parking. Good size. Doesn't get a lot of DIRECT sun, which was great for us; just the warm breeze. A/C in both bedrooms was helpful in the heat. Appreciated the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Relatively quiet spot too. Real good feel to the place.
  
  Just little things were off -- carpet is quite stained in the living room. Door to one of the bathrooms needed tightening. Screen door to lanai kept "sticking" to the main slider.

  We love the area and location of the condo , this is our second time at Hale Kamaole , not the same condo, overall we were very satisfied , there was only one tennis racquet , and the tv in bedroom did not work , asked at the front desk if they could get another racquet , but did not get one , but it was not a big deal, we would come back .
