This one bedroom condo with Garden View, is located near pool in upper complex and has beautiful Hawaiian decor throughout the living room and bedroom. The kitchen has spacious counter tops with new wooden kitchen cabinets. Our living room has a great TV with sofa sleeper, for extra sleeping room. In the bedroom there's a king bed, and the bathroom has both shower and tub. Tropical, comfortable condo with moderate shade and sun for good cooling. Brand new washer/dryer. Working desk area in common living room area. Full Kitchen comes complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. Accessible to you inside the unit are Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as an Air Conditioner in the bedroom. Outside of the unit you'll find patio for outdoor dining, BBQ Grills, Gas Grills, Outdoor Showers, Shared Pools, Tennis Courts, and direct Beach access!

  Overall we had a very nice stay at unit #141. It was in a good location so it had close access to the pool and our toddler could run in the grass just outside. Would recommend adding a few amenities to the unit - ie in the kitchen and more beach items

  The rental was clean with all the things you’d need to cook, play in the ocean, and hang. It’s a wonderful unit on the ground floor that opens into the grassy pool area and you can see the ocean from outside. Neighbors were friendly, and apart from a few ants in the kitchen - it was the oerfect place to stay!

  We enjoyed our stay in Unit 141; the living area was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the patio a lovely place for morning coffee or evening cocktails, with a view of the beautiful flowers, landscaping and pool.
  
  The unit is conveniently located right across from the Kamaole Beach III, and, if you're diving with Scuba Shack (which I highly recommend), you are a very short walk from the Kamaole Boat Launch.
  
  We did not rent a car and had no need of one as the condo is within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
  
  
  The bedroom is comfortable and has an air conditioner; the comforter and shams are very worn and could stand replacement. The shower/tub needs to be scrubbed more thoroughly and the bath mat that had a lot of sand (not ours) trapped under it, needs to be replaced with adhesive slip prevention that is easily cleaned.
  
  Instructions for the TV/Spectrum connection would have been helpful, as would have been some instructions that Unit 141 was in the 4th building - we arrived after office hours and had difficulty finding the unit.
  
  The office staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this condo to friends.

  Had a great vacation at Hale Kamoele just like our previous 4 stays but this unit's shower and flooring is in terrible condition. Bathroom linoleum is peeling up and separated and the shower appears to be 1970s original. Unit 141 does have a very comfortable king size bed but the bedroom AC is deafening. The appliances are all old but functional. One small Sony TV in the living room. This unit is sorely in need of updating and perhaps that's why it was available at the last minute.   this is a very convenient location with great staff.
  There was minimal disruption with some upgrades being done. I love that there are 2 pool locations. The large garbage bins did get a bit overloaded near the end of my stay.
  I did try to connect with the concierge several times but they were not in on the hours indicated.

  The whole property is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Our flight got in early so we headed to get our parking pass before the office closed. Kayla checked us in, she was so sweet and helpful. She was very organized. The whole check in experience took less than 10 minutes. She gave us some suggestions for places around the area and was also able to check us in a little earlier. We ran a couple errands and then came back and our place was ready. Our unit had a beautiful ocean view. It was very clean and it had everything we needed, including lots of towels. It is better than the description! The bed is super comfortable. The AC works great, it gets really cold we had to lower it several times. The unit has all the amenities we needed and more! There is even a closet on the outside with some beach toys and a small cooler that we used for the beach. The property is located right across the beach. We walked there every day and saw several turtles come up and sun bathe. Grocery stores and cafes were all so close by. Hale Kamaole is a true gem. We will stay here every time we visit Maui again. It made our wedding anniversary memorable.

  Was very happy with management they answered all my questions I had prior to arrival. I had a late arrival time. The info that was emailed prior to arrival was easy to follow to get into condo. All amenities provided including beach items.
  Was a little concerned that the condo was at the back of the complex. But went out the lanai and the view was awesome and close to pool and bbq’s. Lots of parking no issues there. All in all was quite happy with the condo. I would rent it again.
