Welcome to Hale Kamaole #137, our newly remodeled one-bedroom, one-bath condo in the heart of South Kihei. Just a 3-minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park III, you'll be close to swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, restaurants, shopping, and Wailea.

Completely renovated in July of 2026, the condo offers a fresh, comfortable island retreat with premium luxury vinyl plank flooring, new furnishings, and a fully updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, white shaker cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The remodeled bathroom also includes quartz countertops and contemporary finishes.

After a day of exploring Maui, relax in the comfortable living room with a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, or step outside to your private ground-floor lanai overlooking Hale Kamaole's expansive lawns and tropical gardens.

Hale Kamaole offers a relaxed, park-like setting with palms, plumeria, hibiscus, and lush tropical landscaping. The resort features two swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue areas, and free parking. Unit 137 is just steps from the upper pool and the barbecue area, making an afternoon swim or a casual dinner on the grill especially convenient.

Kamaole Beach Park III is just across the street - perfect for a morning swim, snorkeling, an afternoon in the sun, or an evening stroll to watch one of South Maui's beautiful sunsets. You may even hear the traditional sound of a conch shell as the sun dips below the Pacific.

We've made beach days easy, too. The lanai closet is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, and a folding beach wagon for exploring the many beautiful beaches in Kihei, Wailea, and Makena.

  We rented a couple of ground floor units in the upper section for a family vacation. We had 3 kids 3y and under in the group and the Hale Kamaole was great for us. Steps to the pool, a few more steps to Kamaole Beach 3 and a short drive to the Wailea beaches and other amenities in Kihei. Rooms were clean and property is well kept. We hope to come back in a couple of years.

  Hale Kamole 137 is amazing! We loved it here. The AC worked great. The lanai closet was stocked with tons of great gear (coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc.) The unit was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The views from the unit are lovely.

  As described, an older grass level condo in a great location. It was Perfect for us. Nice grounds, across the street from Kamehole III Beach. We ate out on the porch every night. Shopped at Foodland and WholeFoods markets within a mile. It is next door to the boat launch if you do the Molokini snorkel trip. Good time.

  This was our second big family stay at Hale Kamaole. My husband and I had this very comfortable and family-friendly one bedroom unit, our kids and spouses and grandchildren all had separate 2 bedroom units above in the same building. It works so well. Perfect for our family
  
  Unit 327 was extremely well stocked for us to cook meals for entire group and serve all 17. Lots of space and seating to be the family gathering spot. Right across from the pool. Lovely lawn and gardens.

  Literally across the road from the beach. One bedroom, full kitchen and all the beach equipment you may need. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc.
  washer and dryer, fast WiFI, A/C and every possible thing you may need. Truly a home away from home and right in front of the pool and BBQ area.
  It could use some updating, as all the furniture sons bathroom is original from 1980’s, but well kept.
  The sofa is not a sofa bed, but large enough for a child to sleep on.

  We love Maui and our stay is always great but the condo unit 137 is in bad need of upgrading. You can tell nothing has been done to the unit for many years. The furniture is old old rayan and the sofa and chairs very worn and felt dirty .

  Clean, in a good location across from Kamaole 3. Ground floor unit. AC works well, kitchen reasonably stocked. Not fancy, but worked perfectly well for us. Would stay again.
